ARE TICKETS FREE?

YES! TV Tickets are ALWAYS free! Please don’t ever pay for tickets to a TV taping.

WHAT EXACTLY IS A ‘WAITLIST’?

The wait list simply means that you "waiting for information". It does not ALWAYS mean that the show is full. It may mean that we have not released tickets yet. By joining the wait list, you will then be notified of ticket availability on a first-come, first-served basis. It's the best way to receive info when the show is not currently ticketing. We will then notify you via email when tickets become available. You can also follow us on Facebook and Twitter for updates.

HEY! I DIDN’T GET MY TICKETS!

As long a you used a valid email address, you should receive your ticket within 15 minutes. Please note that some email servers (yahoo, hotmail, gmail etc.) will sometimes block emails sent with attachments, so please check your junk or spam folders if you don’t see it in your inbox. Don't worry though- if you still haven't received it, you can always email us and we will re-send it to you.

I WANT TO SEE TWO SHOWS IN ONE DAY

As most shows will take at least 3 to 3 1/2 hours to film a half-hour episode, most of the time this is simply not possible. Please do not order tickets for shows filming at the same time, since you won’t be able to use both.

WHERE ARE ALL THESE SHOWS FILMED?

The shows that we ticket for are produced at various studios around Los Angeles area cities such as Culver City, Burbank and Hollywood. You will see what studio the individual shows tape at on the corresponding show pages.

WHAT ABOUT PARKING… IS IT FREE?

Most studios that provide audience parking in lots or structures do not charge a fee for parking. Specific parking and check information for each studio is on your tickets. If you visit a studio with street parking, please be sure to read and observe the signs for posted parking restrictions. If you choose to park at a meter or at a nearby "pay lot", you will be responsible for any parking fees.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I GET THERE?

You will find the suggested arrival time on your ticket. For most shows it is 60 min. prior to show time; however, that may vary for some shows depending on production requirements. As we have no control over when other guests will choose to arrive or line up for a specific show or date, we cannot provide you with the "best" arrival time, but it is a good idea to try and arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ARRIVAL time on your ticket.

MAY WE CHECK PERSONAL ITEMS?

The studios do not provide lockers or facilities to check or hold personal items for guests attending the shows. Please leave your cellphones, backpacks, large bags, cameras or recording devices at home, in your car or in your hotel room as these items, with very few exceptions, are not permitted in the studios. Studio Security will usually agree to hold cellphones for guests who arrive via public transportation. Please inquire with our pages or at the security desk when you check in at the studio.

CAN I EAT AT THE STUDIO?

Some productions provide a complimentary snack and/or beverages (bottled water) for the audiences; however, we suggest that you plan on eating before or after you go to the studio as there may be no refreshments offered and most studios do not have vending machines or catering trucks available.

WHAT ABOUT GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES?

If you, or someone in your party uses a wheelchair or for another reason may require additional assistance, please notify us by email at: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. as soon as possible after ordering tickets. Due to the very limited open space on the stages, most can only arrange an area for up to two wheelchairs - or guests that have difficulty with stairs - on the studio floor along with one attendant. The studios do not provide wheelchairs or other assistance devices. Amenities that may or may not be provided are at the discretion of the show's production company, the studio facility, the studio security department and/or the Fire Marshal.

DO THE SHOWS EVER CANCEL OR CHANGE TIME?

All scheduled shows are subject to change or cancellation. We distribute tickets based on their production schedules; however for a variety of reasons, shows that were previously scheduled may be cancelled, moved to an alternate date or the show time may change. We post revised information as soon as we receive it on our site. We will also send you a text and email if a show cancels or changes its show date or time.

IS ADMISSION GUARANTEED?

General admission ticket holders are admitted on a first-come, first-served basis as space allows. For this reason, along with unforeseen production issues, admission to the studio can never be guaranteed. Because of this, we advise against traveling to L.A. from a great distance for the sole purpose of attending the filming of a TV show. Although cancellations for show dates are not frequent, any show is subject to change or cancellation for various reasons.

SO WHAT IF I DON’T GET IN?

Guests who are not admitted will be offered seating at another show the same night if available, and/or an opportunity to arrange priority seating on a future show date. The pages at the show will provide you with information. Priority seating offer may not apply to future dates of the same show and is always subject to availability.

HOW LONG DOES A TAPING LAST?

The actual time that you're in the studio will depend on a number of factors including possible re-takes of scenes (the "bloopers" you don't see at home), wardrobe or set changes or technical problems. Most half-hour sitcoms take at least 3 to 3 1/2 hours to tape or film an episode so please allow enough time for your visit to the studio.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

The dress code for most shows is to dress casually and comfortably. Because all of the hot lights and equipment on the sound stages, most studios are kept very cool with air conditioning so you might consider bringing a light jacket or sweater. If the audience is seen on camera (“America’s Funniest Videos”, “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” etc.), you may need to “dress up” a little. Your dress code information will be on your tickets.

HOW CAN WE ARRANGE GROUP TICKETS?

Most of our shows accept advance reservations from organized groups (A group is classified as 6 or more people). To arrange a group of 6 or more, please email or call us.

DO YOU PROVIDE TICKETS AS PRIZES FOR AUCTIONS?

Sorry, but we cannot provide tickets for any charity fundraising events. The shows that we represent prefer to choose which businesses, companies or charities to support and we are not authorized to do this on their behalf.
